Please visit the calendar on this website to see the dates. There is also a detailed PDF calendar HERE, that has each day of camp outlined, what you need to bring, and much more. We will let you know in advance if dates need to change or if something is altered with the schedule. As always, check the Google calendar for current dates.
Welcome to 2017! We want to thank all of our parents, volunteers, and students for a successful start to the school year. We hope everyone has had a chance to rest and relax over this much needed break. We are now in the middle of the school year, and this is usually where many lose the momentum we had at the start. Our programs continue year-around just like clockwork.
With a new year will come changes in some aspects of the program. As you can see, our website received a facelift over the winter recess. A few features have been modified within this site, but you will still find all of the necessary pages and links where they have always been. Going forward, we want everyone to continue using this as your central resource for information. All information is posted here before it is made available on any of the social media platforms. Often times there is not enough time to post to every social media outlet, and information may only be posted here.
Suggestions within this website:
Our next booster meeting is NEXT Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 7:00pm in the instrumental music room. We hope to see more parents as we plan the remainder of the school year and Fall of 2017.
This fundraiser was originally supposed to Launch next Friday, but all of the materials are here, so we are going to get this going one week earlier. Hopefully that means our families will sell more since we have an extra week to gather orders. Everything you need to know about this fundraiser is in the packet. Students will be able to pick up a hardcopy packet (which includes an envelope for their cash/checks) from the music room. For now, parents may download this, share it with friends, family, co-workers, etc. With the holidays coming up, these items do make great additions to the spread on the table. They are delicious, and there is no comparison!
Dear Senior Parent,
Please read minutes of our meeting held last week and let me know if you have any questions, comments, ideas.
